Monk bug with Serenity + Near Death passive

I've noticed that when Near Death Experience passive is used the Serenity skill glitches when "fatal" damage is dealt to the character - the monk still takes the damage and then becomes immune to all.

Im having the same issue

When using Near Death Experience (Passive) and Serenity when I take a fatal hit it uses the passive and lowers my HP to %35 even though I'm suppose to be immune to all damage temporally
