Patching Issue

Hello all,

I can't seem to patch the game. Every time I try to, I get this Error: C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Updates\d3-0-9749-Win-final.MPQ appears to be corrupt. You may need to download this file again.

Do I need to reinstall the whole game? Is there a way I can download just that file from somewhere? Is this a known issue a lot of people are having and it's on Blizzard's end?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.
