Your video card is extremely low end. The 9200 is old, and even when it was new not a gaming card and will not be able to handle D3 on anything but the absolute lowest settings. The CPU is on the old side as well...but it won't be a HUGE issue if you get a decent video card. You may have to turn the physics and shadows down.

WOW is a lot more dependent on the CPU rather than the GPU.

Found this video and it definitely helped... I have SOME fps lag, but not nearly as much.

I also turned 2 of my cores off as well, and performance dramatically improved.

GG Blizz!

Hope this helps!

I have the same problem yet my computer isnt so much of the "low end"

PU TYPE:
AMD Phenom II 64 X2 Black Edition
CPU SPEED:
3.2 GHz
SYSTEM MEMORY:
8 GB
VIDEO CARD MODEL:
ATI RadeonHD 6870
VIDEO CARD MEMORY:
1024 MB
DESKTOP RESOLUTION:
1920:1200 (16:10)

Yet my screen is tearing and on my CPU, despite the special cooling system i could easly make a fried egg!

Never had this problem with WoW, League of Legends, SWTOR or any other game.

Turn on VSync if there is a screen tearing.

My bad. almost forgot a Phenom II x2 isn't "low end".

But yeah, to OP, a 9200 really isn't mean to be running anything more than maybe youtube on 360p, so have fun with that.

Try it windowed and 16 bit color. It's not as pretty but can really pull your frame rate up.
