Amd HD 4300/4500 Upgrade

As the title says, what can i possibly upgrade to.
I'm running amd athlon dual core wit 6 gigs of ram. Its about 1-2 years old (it's stock, never upgraded it)

I have no knowledge in power supplies and just about anything about computer specs.
Need a bit of help, hopefully i wont need a power supply. Im looking to spend around 80$ or less. Question is: is 80$ worth the upgrade, or is it worthless unless i spent alot.
Im having some lag issues on d3 because i like to be visually entertained with higher settings.

I would just like to know what i would need for the absolute cheapest upgrade to run d3 max at like 35 fps MINIMUM anywhre in there.

If i need to give more info, i will when i get home

Spend a bit more for Radeon HD 7750

Yes, it would be quite a jump from what you have.

7750 will be fine as it is, although could be iffy.

ok.. what do you mean by iffy. What brand do you recommend haha.

Out of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=4017&IsNodeId=1&Description=Radeon%20HD%207750&name=%24100%20-%20%24200&Order=BESTMATCH

A few of those require a power supply as I can see, so which out of the ones there that DON'T need a power supply do you recommend.

Any of these will work. Go with cheapest.

None of 7750s will require a 6-pin PCI-E power plug.

Oh, it does.
Probably to feed off the fan / OC. But yeah, that is unexpected as stock 7750s don't have it.

It's too expensive for a 7750 too anyway, near that price you could pick up 7770 or 6850. :(
