I wanted to try and budget a computer for around $500 bucks, something that won't lag/skip while I'm playing. Doesn't need to run max 1080p I just want the gaming to be completely fluid. The build I'm looking at is as follows.
However I just saw this computer on craigslist and might be interested. I don't know much about computers so I'm scared to buy anything with out anyone's advice. But from what I've googled this computer seems extremely legit for the $500 price tag. I emailed him and he said it had a built in Intel HD 3000 so it seems to be a good video card away from being an awesome gaming computer. The case kinda trips me out tho but it's not a deal breaker. Any suggestions would be great. I get paid tomorrow and will be assembling/buying a computer then!

No good, it's a mini-ITX. It's not really meant for gaming.
That said, look through this guide please:
Intel HD 3000 basically means that there isn't a graphics card at all. The graphics are running off of your cpu. Gaming performance would be abysmal. However, HD 3000 means that the cpu is relatively new (not terribly old I mean) and it might be a good investment to buy the computer and just add a gpu after. I don't know how great the power supply is though.
