Is life on kill with the hydra a part of the game or not.

I'm not going to spend even more money if blizzard going to just take yet another good skill away.

Will you please either confirm this is working as expected or stop it from working.

I have 5k life on kill gear, giving me 15k health for killing my hydra's. I think it works properly, as it feels correct when I am playing. I still die...

But I much rather this gets fixed and I can uninstall the game. Because this is the 3rd time I purchased a lot of equipment, which will become useless.

its a bug and its going to get ninja fixed. I didn't even know about it until today.

Think about it. your not killing your hydra, just casting another one.

Yes, it definitely is intended. No worries on this one.

its a bug/exploit, clearly life on kill is for killing mobs. hyrda's are not mobs.

i wouldn't recommend buying gear based on this "mechanic" given blizzards track record. just pretend it doesn't exist

Huh? Obviously it's unintended for Wizards to keep resummoning hydras for healing, but most of the time it's only really effective for reflect damage mobs.

really is the last straw for me, 170 hours down the drain if they take it away.

Are you seriously that stupid or are you trolling us?

How could you possible think that would be intended? And why would you, for a third time, buy gear specifically for a bug that will be patched.

Life on kill is the most worthless stat ever then.

If your getting hit your not killing stuff.
If your killing stuff your not getting hit.

You only need life when your getting hit, but this only gives you life when your safe.

Zero use against elite mobs and bosses.

Unless killing hydras is intended to activate it. They coded it, why can't we assume it is code correctly.

It not like the first two OP wizard skills, your not invincible and I still can't get past bosses.

The other OP skills you could just get cheap gear and finish the game.

This ability still requires you to have really good equipment.

Can we please get a confirmation from BLIZZARD that this is as designed .......

For real? You couldn't possibly cope with having to adapt with them fixing a bug?

No, it probably IS going to get nerfed somewhere along the line. It definitely isn't as strong as pre-nerf Force Armor, but its still pretty obviously unintended.

You won't get banned for using it or anything, but don't invest heavily in it because it'll get fixed sooner or later.

Well I've done all the of the OP things, even gold farmed.

They made the game this way, I just played it.

Banning people for playing a game that has bad design is just silly. Maybe you should fire the employee that coded the way the game was allowed to be played.

Of course they aren't going to ban you. They are just going to nerf it, so you better not gear for that.

You're not going to be banned for abusing the Hydra/LoK bug unless you ban yourself by quitting.

Basically it boils down to it being your fault for becoming so dependent upon an exploitative feature of the game.
