Diablo® III

Demon Summoner

The demon summoner.
In a class of their own not to be confused with the madmen who try to control demons for a temporary time with grisly results. In fact there appear to be no similarities between the evil we face and the demons summoned. They are not gleeful or proud, rather quiet and determined, like their masters. Although the inner history of the class speaks of an abhorrent time when one of the most inexperienced students was taken by one of the prime evils and for a time their prize summon belonged to evil only to be cursed itself. Of interest is their laughingly strongest summon which is referred to as the fallen. Yet these 'fallen' stand seven feet tall most clearly resembling humans in a thin but advanced muscular state no human could achieve. On the physical side they tend toward long 2-handed swords which sadly disappear when one dies. When it comes to magic only described as creating constructs of the arcane. The fallen can no longer be summoned in their pristine state except by the strongest of summoners.

The demon summoners do not speak of a god they serve but mistakenly reviled as they are the few they cross paths with always refer to them as wise.

And the falling of a star seems to have guided a few of them to New Tristram even though they normally keep themselves apart from humanity.
