Diablo® III

Language issues. (Error 81)

Yes, that is true. I should emphasized that: I played in english for a few days. Indeed I could not suspect they were going to cut a piece of my game days later and then say: "Ok, if you want the piece back, pay it twice".

I cannot even condemn myself. How could I suspect that a game with the same price as the digital version in my country would be incomplete...?

How could you? You saw it working with your own eyes!!! I saw it working with my own eyes, damn it!

I believe in what I can see. :P

It was Blizzard that came with this AFTERWARDS.

Yeah, and then it was a "Bug" and it works now "as intended". Sorry, but: FAIL, Blizzard.

Patches and Updates.
Blizzard may deploy or provide patches, updates and modifications to the Game that must be installed for you to continue to play the Game. Blizzard may update the Game remotely, including without limitation the Game residing on your machine, without your knowledge, and you hereby grant to Blizzard your consent to deploy and apply such patches, updates and modifications.

according to this, blizzard can apply a fix/update/patch anytime they want in any form they want.
If they think EN language is to OP/Good/bad they may patch it out and make the RU language as default. With this you agree with everything they do. If it's good, bad or just breaks the game. So they just "fixed" the multilanguage because many ppl brought it and blizz said "HELL NO WAY WE MAKE THEM PAY 2 TIMES"

Thanks for telling me the obvious.

There was a time when a king could kill you if he simply wanted to do so. This does not mean I should tolerate that.

I am starting to wonder if you are some kind of blue with a disguise. If you are comfortable with this situation, there is NO reason for you to try to make others stop.

There are many things that are allowed by rules, yet people have the right to condemn the AND complain in order to make things change.

One such a thing, for instance, is a day-one-DLC. There has been some positive results in this situation.

And if you really want to 'work' with rules, I am sure that, if we are careful enough, we can find a way to condemn Blizzard. There are many things that are against rules, even if they are on a contract.

Hello, sorry don't get it wrong. Hell no im not on Blizzard side on this. They just failed hard giving everyone multi acces for atleast 1 day and then saying "No sorry bro only RU/Spain/Portugies etc."

I'm just qouting this because it doesn't count what we User do on Official Forums, Blizzard does not give a !@#$ about it because those agreement and they already got us as customer who paid for a blizzard product.

It's about what we do public, they need to see this was a huge mistake and potential customer don't buy games from this crap company. I never have seen such bad customer care.
This may helps

Complain about it, post screenshots as proof. Tell Gaming blogs etc. to write a news about this. We have to make a BIG HOLE and get a upgrade alteast for all ppl who brought it on or before 07.06.2012 They also have to make Retails in brazil (because they pay same amount on the blizz store) MULTI not only Spain/Portugies.

Press has to act like they did on "ORIGIN" from EA

You can upgrade to the unlimited version of D3 in Battle.net Account Management.

Are you trolling now? I assume you mean "buy a new key". Buying a new key isn't "upgrading".

Ok, Blizz reps, why did this happen NOW and not when the game was released? It was working before, now you broke it, what's the point of it? I am genuinely interested in the reason as to why you had to go and change something that screwed over so many people for what seems to be no apparent reason.

You can probably thank China government for this. They wont allow the game to be released in China at the same time as worldwide, so the poor Chinese players purchase games that connect to other servers, particularly Korea, and the extra traffic caused service issues for everyone trying to use Korean servers. Now Korea has sued Blizzard for mismanagement of release and the degraded service and it looks like Blizzard is now enforcing connection = client localization to keep people from all hopping onto one region's servers (instead of, you know, taking the server resources from under-utilized regions and moving them over to the regions with higher utilization).

Just speculation.

What an idiotic post by a blue. How uninformed and stupid could you possibly be to post such a lie? Hahahaha... Wow!! It really makes me laugh!!

Through all of the tickets I've sent, 80% of the replies are JOKES. They don't know what the hell they're talking about, nor did they even read 10% of my ticket.

IF I CAN UPGRADE, I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO, OTHERWISE F*CK THIS GAME.

Sorry, but no, because we aren't limited to what server we play on. Time and time again, this has been stated.

All they are doing is limiting the choice of in-game languages.

If you get error 82 complain public. Blizzard does not care what bought customer say. They care about the customer who still want to buy.
We need some press about this, tell every gaming blog you know to report this fail from blizzard. First they say a version is multi and now they change it and leave 10000~ customer alone with this problem? This is a huge mistake and will cost them many old customer and new customer who consider to buy something.

This customer care is just sick and will doom blizzard.
