Disconnected after 2 hours on phone / Refund

I'm trying to get a refund of the game and my ingame support ticket was ignored for 3 days until finally receiving an automated non helpful response. I gave reasons why I want a refund and provided my digital order #. I've called twice on that same day but the phone lines were busy and to try back some other time.

Today I tried calling and after a lengthy 2:30 wait time(yes, I kept track of how long I was on hold), the communication was disconnected. Now with the 30 day deadline coming closer, I feel as if I'm stuck with this game.

Can somebody please point me to the right direction so I can be done with this already?
