I submitted a request 6 days ago to restore my account because it was compromised and I lost all my gold/gear. Blizzard never even responded to my ticket and the auto response said 24-48 hours.

Recently I submitted a recover request where all it did was reset my password and never sent me an email to check status of my recovery like it said it would.

This is really bad service i'm experiencing right now... anyone else experiencing the bad or lack of service from blizzard? At this point I don't want an apology I just want them to do their job.

what a joke of a company. super smart people who make an awesome product but can't even fold a towel i bet.
