So I'm calling to get my refund on D3 but every time I call the phone queue is always full. For people who got a refund, did you wait patiently for them to answer your support ticket or did you just call over and over until you went insane?
Its been 5 days since I've created my ticket and the copy/paste response I've got so far was:
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Posts containing personal information about other players. This includes physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
