LOW DROP GOLD THEN HIGH REPAIR COST?

thats nice

OMG it's going to make gold a commodity again ??? really ??? wow .. I'm shocked.

As it sits right now with high gold drops and low repair costs gold starts falling out of your behind and loses it's value quickly.

By lowering the amount of gold in the game and making the gold sink that is repairs increase you effectively make gold more valuable as a commodity for players.

Now if you die less and farm more you will still make the same amount of gold as you will get more from farming and spend less on repairs.

Reducing gold drops from pots and ashes is an easy step to take to stop exploiters – both botters and normal players who went after the easy money, simply because it was there and part of game. I actually like this step, but it is incomplete.

To complete it the proper way, increase gold drops for killing mobs that are the same level or higher than the character's level.

This way, normal players won't feel like they keep losing those parts of the game that are needed to continue progressing through the game at a normal rate.

Botters would have a hard time exploiting this, as they would all need proper character levels and gears to do it.

In the future, please just keep in mind that when you take something away from the game (to stop exploits), give us normal players something back that exploiters can't benefit from. It's never a good strategy to only hurt – healing brings relief.

Don't worry; they are going to add a new feature to the game in 1.04 called "Bankruptcy and Bailouts" mode. The 99% will get the ability to clear their depts by selling all of their equipment and rerolling, where the 1% will get free NV stacks to you know "fix" the economy...

Before you know it, we'll have an Occupy Caldeum movement and unemployed witch doctors will be loitering outside the Searing Sands Inn, mooching their wifi, and using the restrooms without purchasing anything.

This is their definition of hard mode.

Botters did Act 1 - The Royal Crypts jars repeatedly. There are literally jars everywhere there. They don' t give out any gold now. I just smashed every jar there and got absolutely nothing from them.
