If this doesnt violate their OWN eula crap and make for instant lawsuit nothing ever will.
I dont like having to play a single player game online in the first place. But if you want to force us to play on your servers then by god provide the servers. You cant have it both ways and any judge or jury will agree with you not being to have it both ways. |

Yeah. Myself and most of my buddies quit altogether. About half of us have obtained refunds/awaiting on refunds. The other half kept the game but just don't login/uninstalled. We have had one main guy we play with that kept calling us dirtbags for quitting and now he comes on TS and tells us "F--- that game" Good times. Now we are all sort of planning on what to play next as a group until GW2 comes out. |

if you're going to force the online-only component you really should have the server stability to back it up. if you were a start-up of some kind i'd understand and probably sympathize but with practically infinite resources at your disposal this is truly pathetic. cheers! |

Simply put from my player/user perspective: I want to play Diablo 3 right now and I can't! You are literally forcing me to NOT play your game, and find other things to do with my time! What other choice do I have? Seems like bad business sense to me!

After looking into some reports you guys provided it seems the limit may have not been working exactly as intended. Working properly you really shouldn't see it, even in fairly normal 'farming' conditions, or reasonable amounts of character swapping. We're shutting it off until we can take a better look at it tomorrow.

Play the game normally and you won't have an issue.
