When i log in today all my character gone..... What happen????

i got the same problem and my irlf friend to and no i'm not hacked bc iw a singame dced and after 10 secs i wa slogged back in and all my characters were gone so in 10 secs nobody can delete al ur heroe's and take all ur gear/gold
