anyone else feel that way? for an action rpg, the action is kinda slow. 2-3 min cooldowns and waiting on a very limited resource pool to refill is quite normal for MMOs but in a mad click fest game it feels completely out of place.

stacking IAS pre-nerf felt good, not just because of the damage increase, but the increase in the amount of action it provided (ie. monk with 3.0+ AS made it play like what the initial class description stated it to be). now with that nerfed to the ground, any plans to reintroduce ias in balance way or fix the current limited resource systems (wd mana system is the worst imo) and allow some spell spamming goodness?
