Diablo® III

I think I understand peoples frustrations now

I believe the disconnect between the consumers and Blizzard employees is that Blizzard's responses have gone from being personal to something scripted.

We did this is my last job and BOY let me tell you that none of the employees nor the customers liked it.

Why has Blizzard been ordered to deliver scripted responses? Legal purposes most likely... I don't believe for the sole purpose of Blizzard but primarily for ACTIVISION Blizzard.

On a final note people... Please be mindful of what some of these Blizzard employees are going through right now. No one likes to read from a script, let alone recite one to you. Understand that with all that's been going on here lately your response to an 'important' question will most likely be a scripted response.

You can thank the quality management department for this.

Blizzard has been forced into their current method by the players themselves.

Every time Blizzard tries to be even a little bit transparent about anything, their posts are pulled apart and rearranged to say whatever the troll wants it to.

Anything that is suggested as a potential happening down the line is taken as a certainty in the very next patch, it never fails.

If people want Blizzard to start being more transparent again, they have to start actually accepting what is given to them, instead of taking it and twisting it into something else.
