Diablo® III

Monitor: Input signal out of range

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with diablo 3. After playing for a while the screen randomly gets black and everything frozens and my monitor says "Input signal out of range". I normaly play with a fellow and we use Google Talk for audio chatting and I keep listening to him normally but the screen stays black.

Any ideas?

I'm using Vista x64
Radeon HD 4850
4gb ram

Things I've already tried but didn't help:
*Updated graphic drivers
*Check the resolution 1440x900 (same I'm using in Windows)
*The Hz-rate (60herz) is the same on game and on windows
*Tried the Window mode
*I already used the lowest graphic config and it didn't help

Thanks in advance for any help!

So what you wanna do to fix this is go into "my computer" and search diablo 3 in the search findings you should find something called D3prefs open this text file and look for the following:

DisplayModeWidth ""
DisplayModeHeight ""
DisplayModeRefreshRate ""
Inside the quotations put in your own monitor settings this should work, it worked for me
