Why is spray of teeth better than devouring..

think it is quite useful, i actually just saw this 2 days ago.

spray of teeth is only better if u have about 45 percent base crit or more for single target and its ovously better aoe

SOT is very good in mowing down packs of mobs which pose the most danger to a DH.

A hatred spender like clusterbomb for single target make it a perfect mix match.

all the math my brain hurts but thank u guys it was very helpful, switching from monk to DH was not shore how to max my DMG

Lol this is so outdated dude. Why'd u even necro it? You have such low crit chance I wouldn't even consider SoT, you won't see it proc ever.

Check out the stickies at the top of the forum for better guides. The math here is way to complicated as well. Its not hard to tell that SoT isn't better at single target damage then Devouring Arrow. DA was made for single target, SoT is AoE.

it makes the best out of your current gear and keeps a lot of the skills you had prior. Use any preparation rune, other then Punishment.
