Whenever I click "Available on Zune® for Windows Phone 7 devices on the Authenticator site I get an error message in Zune that this is unavailable in my location. I have a Windows 7 phone and I live in the US. I have tried this with the phone plugged it and with it not. I've also tried it with Zune open and not. I've tried this in Chrome and Firefox, the issue seems to be with Zune or the Authenticator App, not the browser. Is there any information on this?
Error Message: Can't Open Sorry, the requested item isn't available in your location. REPRO STEPS: 1. Receive email for Authenticator Addition. 2. Click confirmation link in email. 3. Click Available on Zune® for Windows Phone 7 devices 4. Launch Zune via the prompt. 5. Observe Error Message |

I got a similar error when I tried to use the Zune link on the Blizzard site so I went to the marketplace for my region and searched for Blizzard, found the auth app and installed it from there successfully.

Go to marketplace on your wp7 mobile and download direct "battle.net authenticator"
