Play tested and found all the on-hit modifiers for wizards, figured i'd share:
Magic Missile: 100% -Split: 35% -Pierce: 33%
Spectral Blade: 66% -Thrown: 33% - Deep cuts 66%/22%
Meteor 50% - dot portion 25%
Shock Pulse: 50%
Energy Twister 50% - wicked wind 25%
Ray of frost 33% - storm 20%
Exploding blast 33% - obliterate 12% - cascade 11%/11%/11%
Disintegrate 16%(initial tick)33%(channel) - conversion 22% - entropy 33% - chaos 11%/11% - intensify 33%
Arc orb 33% - nova 16% - orbit 25% - celestial orb 20%
Electrocute: 25% -arc: 10% -lightning blast: 16% -chain lightning: 8.5%
Archon: Destruction 25% - Blast 25% - Strike 50% - Disintegrate 10%
Arcane Torrent 20% - Death blossom 66% - mines 50%
Wave of force 15% - exploding wave 12%
Blizzard: 2% -Stark 1%
Magic Weapon 0%
Energy Armor 0%
p.s. play test confirm BOTH blizzard and hydra crit, but doo not display yellow text for it.
p.s.s. On hit modifiers affect the likely-hood an on-hit effect will actually proc. Let's say you have an item that says 100 life on hit. Or 10% chance to slow on hit. With a 50% modifier you'd only get 50hp or have a 5% chance to slow.

So Magic Missile Seeker is 100%? And man, why is Thrown Spectral Blades so bad? :(
Well Deep Cuts is great. Just Thrown has a horrible modifier :(
