Xptopt. I had the same problem with one of my friend he could continue playing but when he logged out he got the same error

Error 3003, in EU the same. Why you Blizzard dont give us a happy new year, why Blizzard is always making error nowadays!!!
To Machkhan...Where And How Can We user`s that are using the EU Server`s get in contact with yourè EU counterparts ?, All I know where I can get really good help is here, It could be great if we could get in contact with the right Support agent`s from the beginning, if you know how I mean.

i was playing and got dc for no reson .
As Thiger mentiones ... please tell us what to do and whom to contact in EU support for more help over that matter ... another friend of mine has the same problem we were disco'ed from the same game !
same here, I was playing and suddenly an error appeared, it Logged out my account and when I tried to log in again, there was a 3003 error :s
same issue, also having problem with EU only.

Same for me. lucky me was playing hardcore and my friend saved my !@#. i hope.

So, it does look like there are some issues with the European servers. The appropriate parties are checking it out and seeing what needs to be done. You may want to post in the European D3 tech forums. They might be able to provide more updates as more info comes down from the pipeline.

All part of the same issue. You may receive a variety of D3 login errors when attempting to log into the EU server.

Shouldn't it be 24/7 support for a 24/7 service ?
i got a notification about a patch in the launcher and now it is working
true but in the eu support forum the blue texts screams with its silence. not a singel word there that i can find being posted latley

Not off the top of my head, but I believe support site ticket support is 24 hours a day.
