Monsters should sometimes have additional affixes that make interesting things happen to keep players glued for that next pack. A couple of my ideas are the following:

Idea to keep difficulty/reward balance:
1. Give an extra negative affix to the pacts affected by a positive affix.
New Affix Idea No.1
Armored: Monsters receive 10% less damage but drop a guaranteed ilvl 63 armor piece with the +armor trait
New Affix Idea No.2
New Affix Idea No.3
Professor/Engineer: Higher chance to drop blacksmith plans/jeweler designs.
New Affix Idea No.4:
Corruption: X% chance of randomly infusing player with 1 offensive affix of the elite they just defeated (For example, Mortar when player attack or Molten, etc.)
New Affix Idea No.5:
Nephalem: This only appears on Uniques and Very hard affix elites(1.2% chance of appearing?)
Idea to instead give a bonus upon defeating an already existing negative affix:
How about this? Applying a positive effect to each party member for each affix on the defeated elite/champ pack.

It could have been seen as offensive, we felt like it should be removed as it may be the reason why the Blue didn't answer yet. Keep it safe.

Yeah I'm pretty shocked. Such a positive response from 99% of the posters too. It all came with great ideas and counter-arguements for possible reasons this idea wouldn't be considered and I feel the community as a whole have done the brainstorming for Blizzard in this department and saved them a lot of trouble.
If something as big as this doesn't get their attention or acknowledgement I'll probably be spending my money elsewhere in the future because I for one would feel like they didn't care at all about what we think.
Nah. We took a good idea, figured out what the problem areas were, fixed them, then Doubled it's awesomeness. Just took a page out of their book! =P

Not really, there is only that general idea that we believe is good. And the least that we want is an answer from a Blue, at least saying that they did read it.
I understand what you mean by that, but until we have at least one "We have noticed that idea" answer from anyone that has a blue name, it is better to keep posting these to get their attention. It's not about them doing it, it's about them noticing it.

What about treasure goblins? Why not give them special affixs too?
Just like the op said but a little different...
Hoarder: Drops a guaranteed i.lvl 63 item
Rich: Drops 10x the amount of gold
Jewler: Drops higher gem cut
Ancient: Increased chance to drop a legendary
Appraiser: Drops a guaranteed 6 affix item
Cursed: Gives the player a very nice MF/GF buff upon defeat.
Traitor: Shows the player the location of the nearest Treasure Goblin and Champ pack/rare upon defeat.
Why not take a good idea and go somewhere with it?
