The easiest process of doing this is When Im gearing a barb for someone If they allready have decent gear I will have them give me their entire gearset and cash and I upgrade the weakest parts in their set. I wear their gear so I know exactly where all the stats are at and what needs to be worked on. When I pruchase items I will link them the exact item im purchasing and the price paid for the item so they can check the ah for themselves. I also explain the reasoning behind each peice of gear and why it fits the set. I can also help with their playstyle to show them how to get the best results out of their character and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the class.

I have been handed over 150mill worth of gear and 150mill worth of gold all in the same setting and calculated the upgrades all to the exact amount paid for the set, when I was done the guy recieved both his new gear and old gear and the gold that was left over, this set had 37000400 left over because I just could not spend the entire amount on his set the Ah was surprisingly good on this day I got some really good deals for cheaper than his budget was. If the guy is online at the time I do a build I can have him vouch for me and you can check out his set. Also many others maybe online I can have you talk to if youd like.

I know most people are not that trust worthy which is extremely understandable I myself have trust issues when just from experiences ive had in my life with people taking advantage of me. Unfortunately I can not properly gear your barb any other way only because it would be very time consuming and frustraiting trying to go over each peice with you and constantly check your stats.

BUT I can still help by doing a gear check and tell you what needs to be worked on and I will do this for free. Just send me a friend request and if im not busy give me your exact stats. HP, Dps, resistances, crit/crit dmg, block rate ect. And what exactly you feel you should work on and also your playstyle.

Fenror, your resistances sound about right because the Dw and 2handers need this higher amounts because they are lacking the defensive stats a shield can give you. Also what is your armor sitting at? Armor is super important also for these types of builds, I would only go DW if you can afford to have amazing stats on atleast one of your weapons huge str/vit to make up for the loss of stats from your shield. Or plan to spend alot on the rest of your gear to make up for it.

Lukambo, That weapon could be fine to use as long as you get your crit dmg from your gloves, rings, ammy, I like to have super high crit on the weapon it will easily make up for the loss of str and dps.

I don't need help on builds, but would like to chat gear,

I am a 124k dps 2h barb only 37k HP and 600-800 AR and can do act3 easy farm 4-5 runs a day. However, there are so aspects that I might be missing or over gearing in some areas.

I like perfection so if you could check me out and see weak links that would be great

My armor without shield is around 8k/9k buffed, cant remember... with enchantress.

Using shield, my armor goes to 10k/11k.

Actually, I don´t have issues going through act 3 until I get those molten, plague, arcane, fire chains... etc... since 2 weeks ago it has been a pain this kind of champs/elites.

I don´t know what happened, because I managed to reach ghom without great issues, then I stopped playing for 2 days... then it was maintenance day, then I bought some upgrades and thought it was going to be great... but all of a sudden everything is hitting really hard.

And then I check a lot of topics that people has cleared inferno with less attributes. So I really don´t know what happened. Maybe I will wait till patch ...

This was my gear, but I´ve upgraded some stuff, got more resist, more damage and I had 57k hp before but after the upgrade I have 54k when DW. 44khp when 2H and around 48k with shield.

Np NyGhost that is completly understandable, I have 135mill currently but will probaly be spent very soon on my monk im currently working on. When I first started doing gear sets for people awhile back I would use my own gold to buy gear for people because, I then had noone to vouch for me or no reputation at all. Well long story cut short I did a 20 mill set for a guy and after I was done the guy claims he just go scammed by some type of stacked gems scam? Not sure exactly how he was scammed but he said he lost every bit of his gold and asked if he could pay me as he got it. Well needless to say I gave the guy his gear and soon afterwards he removed me from his friends list and never heard from the guy again =\
Was no big deal to me I believe karma will end up biting him on the !@# sooner or later who knows.

Im only trying to help others, I really enjoy Diablo 3 and think eventually when Blizzard patches all the flaws it could be a great as Diablo 2 was in its prime. I see tons of post where people are claiming The game is so bad, its horrible worst game in the world! I LOL at these people because Im thinking maybe they just arent that great at the game? Im not exactly sure why... But, Anyways I dont want to get into that subject its somone elses own opinion about the game and they have a right to that.

I'd like some help. I don't have much gold on me but I do have some decent gear and pieces to work with.

I run the typical WW/tornado build but before, I ran the typical Frenzy build. Had to change to WW/tornado build after act 2 because the Frenzy build just wasn't working (not geared enough).

I can do parts of act3 but I just need help figuring out how to balance my gear without sacrificing too much of another stat.

Haha I know exactly what your talking about, I have over 150mill spent in gear and those same mobs also give me problems every now and again. Its pretty much all about how well you use your skills from here. Best thing to do is burst them down before your screen becomes covered in arcane beams afters that its GG. Try getting your crit chance/dmg to a comfortable level around 45-50%, 200-300% so you dont have to use ruthless or weapon master, and maybe switch in both the armor passives.(sorry if you allready have I didnt look at your build im using my phone to type this)

But just test out different passives and skills I recommend ignore pain or overpower if you have high enough LOH with the crushing advanced rune it can cause fire chain, molten arcane to proc your LOH and heal you instead of doing damage.

I just added you, although I don't need help with a whole set I want to know the best possible upgrades with a 12m budget. I keep spending my gold stupidly on side upgrades and I can't figure out what I need. I'm a double tornado build as well.

I don´t have LoH ... =( ... it is too expensive...

I have LSteal, but it nerfed in inferno... that sucks... I mean.. last night I tried to buy 1 weapon with LoH and I hit the paywall lol!!! I will try to search again.

Now I have more crit/chance and dmg, but not that much more, can´t remember. I think it is 35% with 290% DW. Also the damage went to 38k to 40k and life isn´t 57k anymore.(haven´t had time to update it).

I will try overpower, ip is awesome and saves me a lot, but it has a 30 secs cooldown and I die between cooldown. =/

And another sad story... haha I was trying to test some build, in act3 to check if they were efficient... that made me spend 100k in repair bills lol! They were not that effective.

ok i know said i would like a 1mil ger setbut i got more gold so i need a set worth 2.5 mil with the frenzy build

I am the same way with my gear. If it doesnt have atleast 5-6 afixes I need I wont buy it, every peice of my gear has some sort of extra resistance or some other stat I could use. When doing quick gear sets this is a problem because I cant actually sit aroud camping the ah waiting for that perfect peice of gear with the exact stats im wanting.

Also people really under estimate pickup radius I like to get atleast 1 peice of gear with pickup radius that way if your Life steal or LOH is not healing you fast enough you dont have to move around much to grab the globes and this allows you to deal tons more dps, the less you have to move the more you can stand and deal dps.Rings with damage modifiers 22-49 ratio for example adds tons of dps and Also attack speed is still important even after the nerf and I find alot of great items with IAs on them because after the nerf people tend to look over it now. Back when I upgraded my andariels visage from a 5% ias to a 6% it increased my dps by almost 3k Only 1% IAs difference.

So when you are searching for that ring with 4.5% crit and 5% ias most will buy this ring over a 4% crit with 6% Ias and some added dmg modifier just for the .5% extra crit because crit is extremely popular right now and everyone wants the highest possible on their items. But then again on some builds like the 2 hander IAS is not as good as it is on frenzy or tornado build. These are just examples of some things others would not see to be that big of a deal and you can get great buys this way.

when i look at gear i look for crit chance all res strength and vit with some armor i ignore ias since nerf but i get around 700 res 6k armor and i cant do act 3 i dont know what i am doing wrong tho thats why i need some help

This gear that I´ve posted, I´ve bought everything for around 5 million gold. Now I´ve spent a little more in 2H and the upgrades... but still around 6 millions, gems not included.

Btw, that is one thing that I´d like to upgrade, my gems... just don´t know how because it´s too expensive. I mean if I get a perfect star.. I´d add 30% more dps and I wonder if I could upgrade all my gems.
