Same thing for me . . . View Profile on blizzard.com site results in US "Profile Unavailable" & "account does not exist in this region" message. Actual game login works fine on US server, but website doesn't. I believe it worked last week, but can't say for sure what day.
I have the same issue as well. It was working up until at least the 14th of Feb. I have a little app that downloads API profile data. and it hasn't gotten data since then. So both the API and my profile page on the bnet seems to be busted atm.
Meh - wrong. Good job trying to deflect a problem with a generic response instead of doing actual work. Profiles are not showing up for many people (myself included) regardless of which region we attempt.
Adding my two cents worth for this issue which just developed over the last few days - I do NOT, btw, have an EU account or any other site than US so here's a copy of my ticket comments and issue information:
I am unable to view my characters in my profile. The error message reads:
Profile Unavailable. A profile for this account does not exist in this region.
Since I know I DO have an active account, I have no idea why I'm unable to see my profile. I've logged off and then logged back in again and this doesn't help.
