Diablo® III

Can anyone see my profile?

I havent been able to see my profile since they introduced the feature a few days ago. It says that the profile for this account does not exist? Not sure if I am doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated. :)

I don't see it. It just says profile unavailable. I'll go ahead and report this so that it can be looked into further, but I won't be able to give you an ETA as to when it will be resolved. I'll update this thread if I hear anything soon.

I'm having the same trouble; I can't see my Diablo 3 character profile on the Blizz page either.

I haven't checked my profile in a few days. I changed my password mid-morning/noon today due to the security breach. Saw that I had blizzbucks balance BEFORE the pw chance. I log in now (this forum and battle.net site) and cannot see my profile and my account balance is also empty. It's also showing the balance is zero in euros.

I did log on into the game client this morning just to check AH and everything seemed normal. I'm currently at work and cannot check, yet...

I don't want to jump to a "hack" conclusion. I think maybe perhaps there was something wrong with the system on Blizzards side?

EDIT: Works now! So nm. :]

Heinis, your profile is there http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/hienis-1743/ so I can only conclude you are logging into the EU, SEA, or Asia sites instead of the US site. Try making sure you are on the right site and you should be ok!

yeah i checked. tried all the sites. logged in and out. authenticator and everything. it was about 15-20 minutes. right after i posted, i tried, and it worked haha

I have same problem with this.
I have WoW account and it shows all my characters but can't get into seeing D3 characters.

I checked and I was able to access your profile. I think that your issue is because you have selected a WoW character to post on the forums.

Go to the top right of the forum screen and next to the "Buy Now" button you should be able to change which character you post with. You will want to select the avatar with your Diablo III Battle Tag ID.

If you want, I can provide a link to your profile so you can see that it does work.

well I still got the bug under http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Astinger-2528/ I cannot see my profile
and yes my account is from the EU Server so the link should be correct us and other regions dont work either...
