I think I know what causes it. Cause I had the same issue and then it was fixed magically. What I think causes it is switching to EU on the D3 game. I did that today and now back to no profile on US servers. I only switched cause the US servers have been down so much lately. Hope this helps.

Once again I am back to not being able to view my profile. Hope they can fix the issue now.
Please post if you did the same thing by switching to EU servers while US was down.

Same for me. It used to be unavailable, and now it just says "No Heroes". I don't have WoW or SC. It's got to be a bug with D3 stuff.

Looks like it's been fixed, yay!
