Ok guys I tried to make this a little easier for you all by reinstalling my client on a new computer then doing the fix and uploading the file you need.
1. Download this file and save it to somewhere you won't forget: http://users.on.net/~link22/Diablo/agent.db
2. Copy and paste this into a windows explorer address bar C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\
3. Copy the file you downloaded from step 1 into that folder, You will be prompted asking if you want to replace the file, click yes replace.
4. Run your client and the patch will go through.
No you can leave it as is.
All servers are online and patching now, I have also been advised that in the future the enSG patch server will be updated at the same time as the enUS one so we should not see this issue again.
Is that mean in the future, Asia server will have the same update time as USA Server?
I would like to know that, because couple of my friends still have the enSG client and is reluctant to redownload the whole 8GB client.
So, if Blizzard synchronise update time of both Asian & USA Server, then we AU/NZ players will not have the patching loop problem again?
No maint will still be at different times, there is more then just a patch that goes on during maint.
All I have been told is they plan on having the enSG patch server have the patch sending out for download at the same time as the enUS patch server.
Again maint times for Asia will still be after The Americas
Do you play on the Americas server or the UK server? if you play on The Americas then the enUS client would be best, if not then your fine with the enGB client.
