why i cannot receive the purchased golds?

i have payed $US26.69 for 18000000 game golds. but, i didn't receive those gold. i don't know how to do now??? it already shows that i successfully purchase them.

In the completed auctions tab, does it have a red ! mark? Does the status say Processed or Complete? If it says Processing, or Verifying or anything like that, it's still working in the background. Often times, I've found larger dollar value purchases take longer to process than smaller dollar value purchases. If it doesn't resolve after the "can take up to 2 days to confirm", hit up the Support Desk.

it does not have a red ! mark. i think maybe it is still processing in the background. because i have bought 18000000. it is a big number... until now, it is the second day.
now the diablo is fixing.. later i log in to check again
