I downloaded the free trial sunday, promptly decided to buy the game the following evening (Monday) and did so. It is now Friday afternoon...well over 72 hours and I still don't have access to the games full functionality because the "payment needs to be verified." Blizzard, how does it take you this long when AMEX seems to have figured it out in a couple of hours? This is a legitimate complaint and I'm also blocked from opening a ticket for it, then the servers all crash today....
Please log out of game and change your password via Account Management. This will force an account data reset and should update the flags on your account. It only works if the transaction really is done, but if it has been more than 3 days then it should be.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Posts containing personal information about other players. This includes physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
