My friend account has been hacked, the hacker is playing his account and bettle.net is locked his account.
But he doesn't remember his answer to the secret question and no CDKEY, because he purchase a Digital Game. My friend Account : 8437750@qq.com Please help him to reset the passward and the secret question and send to his mail: 8437750@qq.com? He just want to get back his account. Please help |

Your friend needs to open a ticket with Blizzard on the support site (or call them). Also, you should edit out his email from your post as he is likely to be targetted by phishers mining this forum for that kind of info.
