Diablo® III

Hi,

Everytime I log into the community website from a new computer I get flagged for suspicious activity. This is really really annoying and has wasted up to half an hour of my time waiting for my Blizzard authentication text so I can reset my password.

Happened when I logged in from work the first 3 times and it just happened again when I had the gall to use the correct login details to log in from my mobile on the way home. I appreciate you guys looking out for me, but seriously this is ridiculous. Can you at least start sending texts when the account is locked rather than waiting for me to reset the password?

I have SMS protect enabled. The problem is the SMS I receive when resetting my password can take half an hour to arrive in the daytime and sometimes doesn't even show up. I think it might be due to being in Australia, the SMS is more instant when the USA is sleeping...

Point is, stop locking my out of my own account when I log into a computer that I don't play from!

I have this problem to, I'm seriously getting sick of it! Just changing computer can't be all that suspicious. Security and all that, sure fine. But most people use another computer from time to time, give an extra question or something don't ask us to reset every damn time!

I have the same problem and this is getting really annoying...
