Diablo® III

When I press shift and left click the legendary ring (oculus ring) wear by my witch doctor, it just disappear! After that, I found my character resistant and damage are the same even though my ring is gone! I cant find my ring in the buy back items, my storage and my stash. I feel very weird and I try to use another ring, the resistant and damage of my character back to normal again. I restart the game and I still cant find what I'm looking for. Now, my legendary ring is gone for sure. I'm very angry and sad because this happen to me with no reasons! Hope you can fix this problem properly and replace what I have lose. Thank you.
