me too please help... i removed authenticator setting yet it's still asking.

All of your accounts have been reset so please try logging in again if you haven't been able to recently still.

I can't do anything without knowing his account name. You should not post it here however. His BattleTag will do but if you don't know it, you'll have to have him call in for help.

Hi Bliz same problem as below

same problem here..
i removed my mobile authenticator from my account but still being asked.
i changed my password but when i log in with the new password, it was wrong.. i entered my old password(prior to the new one) and it goes in and authenticator is required..

please help me too..
