same problem here..
i removed my mobile authenticator from my account but still being asked.
i changed my password but when i log in with the new password, it was wrong.. i entered my old password(prior to the new one) and it goes in and authenticator is required..

please help me too..

Hi Omkaros, I have the same issue. I already removed the authenticator, but I am being asked when I try to log in D3. I also changed the password but the D3 client accepts only the old password. Please check.

Looks like I'll need a reset as well. I've changed my password but game client doesn't recognise the new password and still asking for authenticator code :( Appreciate a prompt response/reset please.

Thank you for the reset, it temporarily fixed my account, and I was able to log in and play Diablo 3. However, after logging out and trying to log in the next day, I am experiencing the same issues.

The screen hangs are "Authenticating Credentials...." for several minutes then disconnects me from battle.net.

I currently have a support ticket open, but the solutions offered have not helped.

Same issue here.. I keep getting the authenticator screen even though i've already uninstalled it from my phjone and removed it from my battle net account settings..
