For a few days now I have been unable to start up the Diablo III client. I tried the following:
-Deleting Blizzard/Battle.net folders in shared
-Reinstalling Diablo III
-Ethernet and WiFi connections
After reinstalling the client, I am unable to launch the launcher now. it pops up on my dock, then goes away before I can even see the full icon. I am getting no error message, and when I try to submit a support ticket it gives me the 'loading ring' and nothing happens.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the client is unable to launch like this, it might be a file issue or something, but if the support site is acting up as well, I'm thinking it is more of an ISP issue.
Can you answer the following questions?
