I know items from each category ends like this:
Spear__01
Spear__02

and they have attached a secret code after , ranged from 1 to 9, 9 being a higher chance to roll top end affixes, while 1 being the lowest affix rolls.
Ex:
Spear__01 (1-4) , meaning all items in this category will roll this affix range for your account.

Blizzard would go and turn this numbers on and off on account base, meaning they will switch your loot from 9 to 1 and you are done for, no more proper affixes, set items or legendary for you until they switch it back (blacklisting your account)
This is done mostly to those who "dare" to face D3 on the forums, to force the player quit.

Normal account:
Spear__o2 (1-9) << true rng (you will get both good and bad drops)

Blacklist account:
Spear__o2 (1-3)<< controlled drops (you will only get bad drops, since the server will dish out only the lowest range of afixes for you)

As i said, someone , by mistake, switched your end rolls to 7-9 range , so voila, 15 legendary items in 3 hours.
I hope people will believe now.

I give you points for creativity, however I have less trouble believing you and some other interested people are just out to manipulate GAH prices, since I noticed a small declining dip. See how paranoia can stem more paranoia? It's like catching a sickness lol. Also didn't you all know the world is going to end this year? Apparently we are all going to burn up. Oh wait there is more, maybe Blizz should check some of your other accounts for botting.

Fluke? No. Proof?

There has only been ONE other time where we had COMPLETELY STATISTICALLY IMPROBABLE DROPS. The night before 1.04 came out we got around 9 legendaries in 4 hours.

Proof? I do not think it means what you think it means.

In the game "Asherons Call" there was a player called Wi. Wi was fated with bad luck for loot his entire play time, to the point that he got fed up and started bringing it up on the boards. Since the data stream had already been decoded at that point, people began testing their accounts for loot probability and low an behold there was an integer attached to accounts which would determine how much loot they would get when they killed mobs.

The developers vehemently denied this for years until it was proven to be fact and only then did they finally admit it was there and said it was an "accident" and they didn't know about it.

So for something for this to happen or even be suspected of happening is not out of the realm of possibility. Those who deny outright that it's possible have probably only played WoW and nothing else or are just idiots.

Without hard proof I'm not giving credence to one side or the other, but I certainly would not put it past the developers to have a mechanism to control loot and quality, especially with Blizzards past reputation.

Kulle story, bro.

The Washington Nationals threw their series against St. Louis. As proof I cite the Chicago Black Sox scandal.

... for real? sanity is gone from this place, it seems.

you think they have time to go person to person, over lord knows how many active accounts, and change numbers? where can i apply??? im sure they need about 1000 more people to do this for them. heavy task at hand, but i can do it!

More assumptions. Whose really the sheep here?

There is no reasoning with certain people ender.

Try posting some actual reasoning instead of nonsense and maybe you'll succeed.

Did you even read the Wi Story? It has NOTHING to do with drops. It is all about monsters attacking 1 player only:

And you whine because you got luck? This is ridiculous!!!

Nah they aren't whining, they are just pointing out the obvious.. the obvious fact that people like to ignore with the drops.
