1.05 problem logging-in

After installing the new patch, which is the said 1.05, I have been experiencing this problem. Every time I try to log in, It always states that a new patch has been made and installation is required. I really do not understand why this is happening. Can anyone please help me?

Have you tried to wipe your Battle.net Tools folder and see if it helps?
