Stuck in "initializing" after Patch download

I am using Snow leopard 10.6.8.
Last night I got the patch downloaded and today i try playing.

When i open the launcher, the launcher keep saying initializing.
The start button is shadowed....

I restarted the mac but still cant fix it...

Do you see a progress bar or any sort of status indicator as to what is going on? The update and patching does take a LONG time to do after it downloads.

The download bar is empty now.. no progress..
only a wording "initializing"

Try deleting the Cache folder in /Applications/Diablo III/Data_D3/PC/MPQs/

Also delete the Agent.db file in /Users/Shared/Battle.net/Agent/

Now restart the game and see if the status changes.

Deleted Agent.db.

The bar is progressing now..

I'm still stuck at initializing. I can click the "Play" button but it the initializing bar is still at 0%. And everytime I try to login, it still requires to install the new patch even though I am done with it. I also have followed the instructions above but it's not working. Can you please help me

What should I do if there is not Agent.db on my pc? what should I delete?

man wtf did blizzard do i cant even get past the cheking for updates screen then it just stays there blizzar is no help !@#$ u guys.
