Ticket submission bugged?

every time i submit a ticket i get same automated responses

here is what i have:

Why am i banned?Hi, i made a ticket and was marked with resolved.The answer i got does not tell me what i did wrong.I keep getting the link to your terms of use but that dosent narrow it down even a little bit.I was playing a quiet game with my gf and i get banned. (we are both very suprised at this)also this seems pretty serious as i got a permanent ban without any warning of any kindof notice.please tell me what i did wrong so i can appeal more precisely.
