I don't really know if this is a bug or if it is intended but i noticed an issue on this particular combination.
when mortar elites are affected with time warp bubble (i havent checked the other ones though) the mortar does slow down but the path is altered. while on unnerfed situation the mortar has a minimum range and follow a arc-type trajectory, on the bubble the mortar just gains more gravity sort of speak. mortar trajectory just get too low angled and can hit right in front of the elite afecting close combat players.

is this intended?
