Please help,my account was hacked.

please first forgive my poor grammar,but i will try my best to explain my situation
my account was hacked a few days age,the situation is this.i was send a gif by someone
that i do not know,then my account was hacked immediately,i know this is stupid,but it just
happened to me.after that i have contacted the staff in asia region for several times,but they just keep ignoring my request.if you ask me,why i don't just login and retrieve the account?
because the hacker even stolen my E-mail account and change the E-mail address that link
to my battletag,so i can't even login myself.so please tell me what should i do,i will do my
best to offer the information that will help retrieving my account.

You have malware on your computer which is why you were compromised. Never click on things!

1. Secure your computer and email. If you do not find the source of the infection and clean it, then your email and your game are going to be compromised again. This means running a scan for malware and a separate scan for viruses.

2. Next you need regain access to your account. You can do that by calling https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/contact. I would click the links at the bottom to take you to the support numbers for your region. OR you can use the account recovery tools on the web site https://us.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html

3. Once the account is back in your hands you can follow the directions in the article to request an account roll back to fix any missing items or gold.
