I've been trying to patch my Diablo and Starcraft and on the launcher I get an error for,

"Failed to download a required file. Please check your internet connection and try again"

What should I do?

Can you post your latest AgentError.log? This should be located in /Users/Shared/Battle.net/Agent/Agent.1363 and the format should be AgentErrors-YYYY/MM/DD-[Random Numbers].log .

Make sure you remove any personal information, like computer/username from the log.

Hey end13ss,

This article should help you out: http://us.battle.net/support/article/6507

Make sure you reset the permissions from the folder level and apply to all enclosed items and see if it helps. This will force all items to change regardless if they are set or not.
