API updates

Hi,

First, thanks to Blizzard for the API service, which is a nice added-value to the game !
I'm actually using it for a heroes analyzer at http://www.diabloz.com

But I have a couple of questions...

1/ I've noticed that the "skillCalcId" attribute in the hero's JSON description is not up to date (probably due to a recent change). For example, in:
http://eu.battle.net/api/d3/profile/ashtaka-2256/hero/15118039
the "skillCalcId" for "multishot" should be "j" rather than "Q", which is right in:
http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/ashtaka-2256/hero/15118039

Is there an update delay or a cache mechanism which makes this issue "expected" (so we may want to re-calculate it by ourselves) or is it considerated as a bug (so we may want to wait for the correction) ?

2/ Could we know how skills/buff are integrated in hero's JSON description ? Indeed, it seems that provided figures depend on the hero's state when he has left the game... For example, in the previous case, we can see "critChance" to 1.0 (100%), which is probably the result of "Sharpshooter" skill.

Is it a definitive choice made by the development team ?
IMHO, it would be better to exclude, at least, effects that aren't active when the game starts...

Point 1) seems to have been solved.
However, I would want to know if it was a bug or something like a cache issue which can sometimes happen again.

For point 2) , doesn't someone know if there is an official policy/rule about buffs in API content ?

Unfortunately, it's not resolved.

So is it still a work in progress ? Is there an estimation of a delay to implement it ?
My aim is to know if we would better re-calculate by ourselves or just wait for the API update...
