My issue is I sold an item on the gold auction house and did not receive the gold. Of note is when the item sold it said "Processing" for about 12hrs. I've never seen this on the gold AH before only RMAH. Anyway the item finally processed but I have still have not received the gold. I waited 7 days to see if it would ever pop up. It hasn't. Would appreciate someone looking into this as it was 233m gold that I'm missing. Or translated to an easy $100 on RMAH.

Sorry for any trouble with the auction house. According to my records the item was sold and the gold should have been already sent to you. It's possible that it was already sent to your stash and used, as this happened over a week ago. Please note that Customer Support offers a very limited amount of support for Diablo 3. We will be unable to offer you any compensation for this item sale. Thank you for contacting us.

As Customer support is unable to help me I would appreciated someone else looking into this "bug" and finding my gold. I have never asked before for any retrieval for any item or any rollbacks on my account. Please rectify the mistake and return either my gold or property.
I would even be happy with a perfectectly rolled Mara's Kaleidoscope for a CM/WW wiz. +9ias, +100CD, +10CC and +8% to Wicked Wind.

You'll need to re-open the ticket or submit a new one. We can't do anything with auction house transactions here in the Technical Support forum. Records show though, as you were told, that the gold was already claimed on the account. (2012/10/25 00:38:23 UTC)
Oh I am following up the ticket.
And I am telling you I did not receive the gold and I'm starting to get pretty annoyed. Being told I recieved it when I didnt.
I've had 3 responses on my ticket and I'm starting to wonder if they read my request properly.
"In your specific case, looking at order #'s 1064094072 I can assure you that this order was sold are currently in process of being sent to your account."
Refers to a different transaction ID I asked about.
"From my personal playing of the auction house when biding on an Item it automatically take the gold until the auction is over. Once the auction is over sometimes it can take a bit longer to get the item or the gold back. "
I sold an auction - not bid or bought anything.
There are lots and lots of Blues posts on this subject. Basically.. you need to wait.
If it's been longer than 72 hours since your auction ended and you haven't received the item, you can submit a support ticket. as described below.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Posts containing personal information about other players. This includes physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
