In my account info, everything is complete and I got an e-mail saying that my payment was verified but in game still says that payment has not been verified. I bought a digital copy of the game 11.08.12.

Try connecting to your Battle.net Account Management page and changing the account's password. That will refresh the account data which should clear this up for you.

I met the same problem, but changing password cannot solve it.
