I bought a Logitech mouse a while back and experienced very choppy/laggy performance with the mouse while playing D3 (it worked perfectly in every other program). I thought the mouse just might not be 'good' enough, so i bought a $80 wireless Logitech and am experiencing the same issues. It works awesome in other games/browsing, I'm only experiencing issues with diablo. Anyone else experiencing similar issues/have any tips on how to fix it?
I also did clean the bottom of it as well as my USB ports several times and just put new batteries in.

This seems to be an issue with interference from the USB receiver and the unibody Mac. I've seen this happen before. Using a USB extender or putting the receiver farthest away from the magsafe adapter can help.
This is a hardware issue which has been escalated to Apple.
