4th day and i havent received my gold...

i purchased gold with my debit card but i havent received it... i can see from my debit card transaction report that it has been deducted... please check admin... transcation id 1122830170

Lol... This is the 2nd time im experiencing this kind of prob... Last time i submitted a ticket and they told me they cant do anything with it... They asked me to go to Bug Report section and they will proceed from here... So which one is true?

They're telling you to post in the bug report forum so that the issue can be fixed, and won't happen again. But any fix wouldn't be applied retroactively -- you wouldn't get your gold or items for past failed transactions. The QA team cannot do anything for you there, and that must be handled by the customer service team.
