really bad bug in diablo fight

i play hardcore, me and my ally were killing nm diablo, during the fight agaisnt shadow of diablo i got stunned just before he died and i canceled the cinematic
For the last battle i was still stunned.....i couldnt move and heal i had only 323 hp left he killed him before he kills me... hope its the first and last time it happens zzz |
