Reducing lag when in China?

Is there any programs or anyway I can reduce the lag when I'm playing on the US Servers in China? I have 3 characters at level 60 and my Chinese is minimal so I really want to keep playing on the US servers but right now i'm getting 2-3 second delay on everything.
