Account suspended

My account is locked right now and i was wondering what was wrong. It says, "This account has been suspended due to violations of battle.net service polices. Please check the account's registered email address for more information. (Error 53)" It says my account is active, i've resetted my password, but i still get the same error. Please help.

I'm going through this right now.... It's lame, I have no email saying I've been suspended due to violations... =( this is really frustrating and I can't talk to any 1.. I've changed passwords and it doesn't help, NOTHING @ battle.net is helping me. Even trying to submit a ticket sends me nowhere, they show me solutions that don't resolve the issue haha

I spoke to our Billing department on your behalf and as it appears you have control over the account again (it was compromised), the account's been unlocked and is accessible again. You'll need to obtain and attach an authenticator as explained in your support ticket reply if you wish to use the Realm Money Auction House going forward.

I'd strongly recommend getting one even if you don't plan on using the RMAH though as it will go a long ways towards preventing a compromise like this again.
